{"id":558,"date":"2021-11-24T10:24:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-24T10:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.chartworld.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=558"},"modified":"2022-08-18T10:51:35","modified_gmt":"2022-08-18T10:51:35","slug":"chartworlds-myfleet-updated-include-safety-and-review-features","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"\/web\/news\/chartworlds-myfleet-updated-include-safety-and-review-features\/","title":{"rendered":"ChartWorld\u2019s MyFleet updated to include  safety and review features"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ChartWorld has made several safety-enhancing additions to its state-of-the-art MyFleet application.\u00a0MyFleet has been designed so that shore staff, wherever they are, can perform and check the voyage planning process and execution.\u00a0The current situation is monitored by overlaying a variety of information on the electronic chart in the web environment.\u00a0The MyFleet portfolio of tools has been expanded: it now includes the StayAway service (derived from bathymetry); the Custom Area service; the Incident Investigation Module; and the Office eGlobe G2 Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CIO+ StayAway<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;CIO+ StayAway is ChartWorld\u2019s market-leading chart overlay showing bathymetries. StayAway Areas is the term used to refer to possible shallow hazards (\u2018shoals\u2019), detected by satellites in an optical survey. Over the last two years, ChartWorld has invested considerable resources in developing this highly accurate safety overlay. With this function, the user can now activate the StayAway overlay in&nbsp;<strong>MyFleet<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u2018Vessel Inside StayAway\u2018 alert can be activated by an onshore MyFleet user. For example, they can define Piracy High-Risk Areas (HRA), JWA Areas, or Risk Areas defined by IBF\/ITF. MyFleet will overlay the customer-defined areas on top of the nautical information displayed. The user can also perform a full-scale replay function in the onshore Fleet Operation Centre, with an\u00a0<strong>eGlobe G2 ECDIS Connect<\/strong>\u00a0installation running in Replay Mode. This enables a company to perform the following tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Due diligence of the voyage plans made onboard \u2013 route check with CATZOC and CIO+.<\/li><li>Use of a route-editing tool for sending route suggestions to the vessel.<\/li><li>Incident Investigations \u2013 post-analysis of a vessel\u2019s manoeuvring and bridge-team decisions.
