Your Profile:

Completed education in business administration (bachelor’s or master’s degree)

Team-working and very good presentation skills

Interest in shipping and navigation, technology, customer relationships is of advantage

Willingness to travel locally and abroad

Safe handling of MS Office

Excellent English language skills spoken and in written

Ability to work autonomously and self-reliant

High level of initiative and well-structured approach to work.

Your Main Activities

Responsible for the achievement of national and regional sales targets

Controlling and Monitoring the performance levels of our sales teams

To work with the Sales Director to achieve the Strategy targets as set out by the Board

Being the driving force behind our international sales teams

Responsible for motivating, pushing, organizing and developing the sales teams

Reporting to and assisting the Global Sales Director

Contributing to marketing activities for the ChartWorld Group

Co-operate with and support our Channel and Partners

Proactively grow new business opportunities
