In case you want to use our news service just click to order our Newsletter. On principle we only send e-mails which you have previously ordered.
To make working with ChartWorld easier for you we store the data of your software installation as well as your orders. This will enable you to access the charts you have ordered at any time. You may download them anew, or place a new order in case new versions have been published..
How Does ChartWorld Protect Your Data?

By means of the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) method solely encoded data (128 bit encoding) will be transferred to ChartWorld. This method is also being used by banks. Once your data have arrived at ChartWorld they wil be protected against unauthorized access by various safety arrangements, e.g. a double fire wall.
How Does ChartWorld Utilize Your Data?
On principle your data will not be made accessible to third parties. However, we reserve the right to compile internal statistics based on data which have been made anonymous. These statistics will help us to optimize our offers to customers.

If you have opened an account with ChartWorld you can cancel this contract provided you have not placed any order by the time of cancellation. In that case your acount will be closed, and your data will be deleted from our database.
If you have already placed an order and want to close your account nonetheless your data will be locked. These data will remain in our database only for the retention period set forth by law and / or provided in the contract.
